why can i hear my upstairs neighbor walking
Sometimes when they’re on vacation I hear someone walking around, or chairs moving. The upstairs can house 2 addition people in a separate housing and I have never met anyone who lived up there. Help! My neighbor is about 33, and I'm pretty sure he does not want to ensure my safety. The funny thing is, I've asked my downstairs neighbors so many times if they can hear me because I do my utmost to walk quietly and to be quiet for their sake.
